DESCRIPTION |

If you are struggling to deal with
people who blow up, attack, whine, or break promises, this workshop
is for you.
This workshop is designed to help you
use strategies for relating to people who are angry, sarcastic or
back handed, complain, or say "yes" but don't follow
through. It provides you tools and practice time to help you: (1)
speak openly and respectfully, and (2) deal with difficult
situations without being confrontational or backing down.
The instructor uses presentations,
group discussions, and practice exercises during this workshop.
