1 day, 7 PDU course

COURSE DESCRIPTION

This course is specifically developed for the non-Project Manager who needs to understand the basics of project management.

Some organizations stipulate the formal process of project management for medium to large size projects.

However, a vast majority of the projects done within organizations are short term, small projects – otherwise known as “assignments”

This course is a fast paced, one day course to give you simple tools to swiftly develop an approach to your assignments.

This is not ‘hard core’ project management, this is a down-to-earth approach to make you more successful within your organization.

Basic questions I need answered about this assignment:

    • What are the expected results / outcomes?
